What the Frank? © is an adult cartoon focusing on a tranquilizer-addicted tamarin monkey, Frank, who lives in Uncle Diddle’s Zoo with his family. Initially, all of the inhabitants are unaware they are actually on a zoo planet, a collection of earth animals secretly rescued, bred, or cloned by Ulysses “ Uncle” Diddle and his partner. Once Phyll’s evil plan for revenge leaves Diddle stranded and places Frank in charge of the zoo, things unravel, hilarity ensues, and events are set into motion which will leave the very fate of the universe in Frank’s cynical hands.
